Client Services Agents

Client Services is a dynamic group of knowledgeable, resourceful individuals who serve as your first contact for all departments within the Business Services Center. Client Services receives inquiries from faculty/staff/students or employees across all UNT institutions, business partners and vendors, and strives to establish itself as a “one-stop shop” resource for all your information needs. It is our commitment to respond to your inquiries for any BSC department to the best of our ability, thereby avoiding the need for multiple transfers, longer hold times, “phone tag,” etc., as well as increasing the transactional processing efficiency of our specialists.
