Lynn Gravley of Gunter, Texas, was appointed to the Board in April 2026 with a term set to expire May 2031.
Gravley is founder and CEO of NT Logistics, a Frisco-based, full-service third-party logistics provider (3PL) he founded in 1999. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Prior to founding NT Logistics, he launched North Texas Carrier Corporation in 1988, an asset-based contract carrier that established the foundation for his broader vision of integrated supply chain solutions. Under his leadership, NT Logistics has grown into a nationally recognized logistics firm, providing analytics and managed transportation services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The company was recognized four consecutive years by the SMU Cox School of Business and the Dallas Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth region through the prestigious Dallas 100™ program. Gravley has also been named a two-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
A native of Gunter, Texas, Gravley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Texas in 1987. He has remained actively engaged with the university, receiving UNT's Distinguished Alumni Award in 2021 and induction into the G. Brint Ryan College of Business Hall of Fame in 2025. He served as Past Chair of the Supply Chain Management Advisory Board and is involved with the Sigma Nu Alumni Association.
Gravley serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), the leading organization representing the third-party logistics industry. He was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the North Texas Tollway Authority Board of Directors, where he served from 2018 to 2025, including as Chair of the Finance, Audit and Administration Committee. He also serves on the board of Highway App, Inc., a technology platform focused on carrier identity and fraud prevention.
Gravley and his wife, Dianne, reside in Gunter, where they have raised three children and are the proud grandparents of three grandchildren. Outside of the office, Gravley is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys ranching and hunting. He previously served on the Gunter ISD Board of Trustees and the board of the Christian Care Center, and currently serves as a Deacon at the Valley Church of Christ in Gunter.
