Introducing UNT System Office Solutions for remote staff

The world is changing quickly, and so is how and where we work as we move toward a "new normal." Some UNT System Administration staff who worked daily at UNT System Headquarters before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic are transitioning to permanent remote work environments.

However, as other UNT System Administration staff return to their offices at UNT System Headquarters or at their respective campuses, our remote staff will, from time to time, need to spend the day on location for meetings, conferences and other events -- and they'll require a workspace. 

UNT System has answered the call with UNT System Office Solutions. Available now, UNT System Administration staff can reserve a daily workspace at some of five UNT System locations:

It's quick and easy to make a reservation. Just click the appropriate link above to access that location's unique web page. You'll find instructions on how to reserve a personal workspace as well as information on parking, office location and materials provided in the workspace. Workspaces come equipped with:

  • Wi-Fi connection
  • Spacious desk and chair
  • Sanitizing wipes
  • Coming soon: Extra-wide monitor with HDMI cable (port adapter for HDMI capability is not provided)

All you need is your laptop and a charging cord. Please bring other accessories for your working convenience such as a mouse, keyboard and headphones.
