Robert serves as the Senior Director of IT Finance and Vendor Management.
As head of IT Finance, Robert oversees the financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting,
and tracking of spend for the UNT System as well as the IT purchasing for UNT System
and UNT Dallas campus. He also provides financial leadership for strategic purchases
by developing business cases and helping through the negotiation process.
The IT Vendor Management Office is responsible for managing relationships with third-party
vendors who provide products, services, or solutions that are integral to IT operations
and projects. In addition to managing strategic vendors, the IT VM Office leads contract
negotiation, performance and relationship management, as well as cost optimization
across the UNT Enterprise.
As part of the System IT Leadership team, Robert works with multiple leaders to create
strategic plans, develop budgets, and optimize services for our technology partners
and customers on all our campuses.
