Where do I submit a contract for approval and signature?

Step 1: Does contract involve Research and Services?

  • If yes, then submit it to the Office of Research Services
  • If no, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2:  Does contract involve a Purchase and/or Payment?

  • If yes, submit to Purchasing and Paynent services with ePro requisition.
  • If no, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Is contract an OGC-approved Standard Contract?

  • If yes, submit with copy of Approval Memo to person with delegated authority.
  • If no, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Submit to the Office of General Counsel.
